MANAMA, March 24: Bahrain’s Civil Defence has successfully extinguished a fire that broke out at a company facility, reportedly as a result of what authorities described as “Iranian aggression.”
Officials said that cooling and safety procedures were underway at the site, though it remains unclear whether the fire was caused by falling debris from an intercepted aerial threat or a direct attack.
In a statement on social media, Civil Defence confirmed: “Civil Defence extinguished a fire in a facility of a company as a result of the Iranian aggression. Relevant procedures were taken at the site.”
Authorities continue to monitor the situation and have urged residents and businesses to remain vigilant.
