Bahrain Armed Forces on High Alert, No Threats in the Last 24 hrs

MANAMA, Apr 12: The Bahrain Defense Force has announced that all its units and weapons systems are operating at the highest levels of readiness and defensive preparedness amid ongoing regional tensions.

In a statement, the General Command said that since the start of what it described as Iranian attacks, Bahraini forces have successfully intercepted and destroyed 194 missiles and 516 drones targeting the Kingdom (this figure was reported on 11th April).

The military added that its air defense systems remain fully operational and capable of responding to any potential threats.

Officials also confirmed that no threats were recorded in the past 24 hours, indicating a temporary lull in hostilities.

The statement reaffirmed Bahrain’s commitment to safeguarding national security and protecting its territory through continued vigilance and preparedness.
