KUWAIT CITY, Oct 28: Following the guidance of the political leadership, the Football Association has officially declared that it will host the crucial match between the Palestinian national team and their Australian counterparts at the Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium on November 21.

This match is a pivotal fixture in the second round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup and the 2027 Asian Cup.
Two days ago, the Asian Confederation granted its approval for this significant gesture, allowing the match to be hosted in Kuwait. This move reflects unwavering support and solidarity with the Palestinian national team, which, due to current circumstances, faces difficulties playing on its home turf and in front of its passionate fans.

The Football Association extends its heartfelt gratitude to the political leadership, the Council of Ministers, and the General Sports Authority for generously covering all hosting expenses and streamlining the necessary procedures to make this match possible.
