Attempted Escape Foiled as Police Arrest Two Arab Drug Suspects

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 21: Security personnel from the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh police station arrested two Arab nationals in the Al-Hasawi area for possession of methamphetamine (crystal meth), following a patrol operation. According to a security source, officers became suspicious when the two men attempted to flee upon spotting the patrol. After apprehending them, one suspect was found to have discarded a bag containing eight small packets of crystal meth.

During preliminary questioning, one of the suspects admitted to selling a packet of the drug to the other. A precautionary search uncovered drug-use paraphernalia and additional narcotic substances, confirming that both individuals were drug users. The suspects and seized items have been referred to the concerned authorities for further legal action.
