Attempt to Murder case registered against Kuwaiti neighbor who ran over a Doctor

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 29: The Ministry of Interior stated that the accused who ran over a doctor has been charged with attempted murder and case has been registered against him. On 27th Oct a Doctor was run over in Eqaila area by a Kuwaiti citizen while he was leaving his home for work. The accident has caused internal bleeding to which he was admitted to intensive care in a hospital. The accused is a neighbor where there was a dispute and quarrels in the past before the incident.

The Ministry of Interior received a report from a passerby about the running over by a car driver. The police along with an ambulance soon reached the location and found that the doctor had received a severe head injury and had internal bleeding. Earlier  case was registered as a runover and investigation authorities began its search, it was found that the accused was the victim’s neighbor. The accused was summoned and he surrendered, also the car used during the accident was found. The statement has been taken by the authorities.
