KUWAIT CITY, Oct 13: The General Department of Investigation arrested a drunk lawyer for physically attacking his fellow attorney in his office while in the presence of his siblings. This incident occurred after the latter had submitted a complaint of blackmail to the Public Prosecution against the former.
