KUWAIT CITY, Oct 21: Personnel from the General Department for Residence Affairs have arrested three Asians for conducting plastic surgery on men and women, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily said the suspects were using fake social networking website accounts to advertise their trade. In a press statement, the Department for Public Relations at the Ministry of Interior said the suspects are not qualified. The suspects were caught red-handed. They have been referred to the concerned authorities.
