KUWAIT CITY, Oct 3: Personnel from the Jahra Security Directorate have arrested an unidentified Asian for selling home-made alcohol and peddling in drugs, reports Al-Anba daily.
The daily added, the arrest came after an unidentified person saw the bootlegger moving suspiciously near a residential building in Jahra.
It has been reported the man tried in vain to escape when he saw the police car leaving behind 18 bottles of alcohol and a piece of hashish.
He was chased and arrested by police and handed over to the concerned authority.
