KUWAIT CITY, July 3: An Asian expatriate was hit and killed by a speeding motorist near Rabiya area. The remains were taken to Forensics by Criminal Evidences Men. According to a security source, the Kuwaiti motorist claimed the victim appeared on the road suddenly and he couldn’t help hitting him. A case was registered.
