KUWAIT CITY, Sept 28: An Asian expatriate died and another sustained severe injury when an elevator collapsed from the 39th floor of a 43-storey underconstruction building in Capital governorate.
General Fire Service Department said the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry received a report about the incident and a team of firemen went to the scene. The injured victim was referred to a hospital in critical condition.
