KUWAIT CITY, Jan 17: An Asian expatriate died when his heavy vehicle, which was being used for spreading asphalt on Seventh Ring Road, overturned. According to sources, firefighters, securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location after receiving information about the accident. They pulled out the victim from the toppled heavy vehicle and discovered he had succumbed to serious injuries. His corpse was referred to the Forensics Department. Necessary action was taken thereafter.
