Asian delivering heroin in Ahmadi arrested

KUWAIT CITY, May 18: An Asian expat was caught selling heroin, one of the Ahmadi security patrols suspected a  motorbike driver, as soon as he saw the security patrols he seemed confused, and accordingly he was arrested, after inspecting him 16 sachets were found in his possession. He has been referred to the competent authority.
