KUWAIT CITY, Aug 10: The Ministry of Interior arrested an Asian in the Mangaf area who runs a factory of refilling imported liquor bottles. 1,400 bottles were seized from these 50 were filled with alcohol along with packing equipment. He and the seized items were referred to the competent authorities.
