KUWAIT CITY, Jan 14: The Arzaq Craftsman Project stands out as a prime incubator for launching commercial, craft, and light industry ventures. Dr. Tahani Al-Adwani, the General Manager of Al-Ansar United Real Estate Company, highlights that the Arzaq Al-Herfiproject complements vital projects in southern Kuwait, including an expansive railway project and various entertainment, commercial, and residential ventures. Located strategically in the Fahaheel area, the project serves as a convergence point, meeting the needs of investors and consumers amidst the surrounding industrial and commercial hubs.

Market studies have identified a demand for craft and commercial industrial activities, particularly for light industrial lands, due to a shortage in the local market. With state support for entrepreneurs and rising demand for craft real estate, the Arzaq project addresses these needs. It aims to nurture entrepreneurship by providing an environment with top-notch infrastructure, a prime location, and diverse plot sizes ranging from 250 to over 5,000 square meters. With 190 craft plots featuring attractive construction rates, the project stands out in terms of diversity and encouragement for investment sustainability.

The unique offerings of the Arzaq project, including varied plot areas and favorable construction rates, are expected to attract a wide array of commercial and industrial craft activities accredited by Kuwait Municipality and the Public Authority for Industry. Al-Ansar United Real Estate Company has diligently examined the project’s infrastructure in collaboration with relevant government agencies, ensuring adherence to the highest standards. Supported by a regional development office and a global consulting office, the study encompassed the project’s geographical location, connectivity to main and secondary roads, and a comprehensive services network. This network includes electricity, communications, street lighting, rainwater and sewage drainage, fire prevention, and green spaces fed by internal tanks and surface parking lots.
