Arrested for driving against the traffic

KUWAIT CITY, May 31: Hawally Governorate Security arrested 3 people who were in an abnormal condition inside a vehicle whose driver drove against the traffic and collided with vehicles endangering lives of others. After searching the vehicle drugs were found in the vehicle, they have been referred to competent authorities.
