KUWAIT CITY, June 11: A reckless man displaying erratic behavior was apprehended in an abnormal state within the Mubarak Al-Kabeer area. Engaging in reckless driving, he indiscriminately collided with multiple vehicles and even assaulted a security officer during his arrest.
Upon further inspection, substances suspected to be narcotics were discovered in his possession. As a result, he has been handed over to the appropriate authorities for legal proceedings to be initiated against him.
