Argentine Ambassador visits the Kuwait Volleyball Federation

KUWAIT CITY, June 27: The Kuwait Volleyball Federation, led by Dr. Jaber Al-Mari, received the Ambassador of Argentina to Kuwait, Ramiro Velloso, at its headquarters in the Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Sports Complex, in a visit that underscored the growing sporting ties between the two countries.

The meeting was attended by Federation Secretary-General Talal Al-Nimash and board member Ziyad Al-Anzi. Talks focused on strengthening technical cooperation, exchanging expertise in volleyball, and exploring future areas of collaboration aimed at enhancing the level of the sport in both countries.

Both sides highlighted the value of Argentine experience in volleyball, especially as the Kuwait national team is currently coached by an Argentine technical staff, reflecting confidence in their expertise and contribution to the team’s development.

During the visit, the ambassador toured the federation’s facilities, observed a training session of the national team, and met with players and coaching staff. He praised the facilities and organization, expressing his best wishes for Kuwait’s success in the upcoming competitions.

The visit concluded with an exchange of commemorative gifts between the federation president and the ambassador, symbolizing the strong relationship and ongoing cooperation between the two sides in support of sports development.
