KUWAIT CITY, Feb 2: Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdul Rahman Badah Al-Mutairi on Thursday sent a letter and flowers to Arab Times Editor-in-Chief Ahmad Abdulaziz Al-Jarallah, congratulating the latter and all employees on the 46th anniversary of the issuance of the newspaper.
