KUWAIT CITY, July 31:  The Editor-in-Chief of Arab Times and Al Seyassah newspapers Ahmed Al-Jarallah, received in his office at Dar Al- Seyassah, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Kuwait, H.E. Vladimir Zheltov, and the diplomatic attache, Alexander Andreev, in the presence of Managing Director Mishaal Ahmed Al-Jarallah. Friendly conversations were exchanged, and issues of common interest were discussed, especially with regard to the media field.
