Arab expat caught stealing manhole covers

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 20: Ahmadi security patrols arrested an Arab expat in connection with state property theft, for stealing manhole covers in the Ahmadi area. 4 manhole covers were found in his possession. The accused confessed to stealing manhole castings from the Ahmadi area, a case of theft has been registered and has been referred to the competent authority.
