KUWAIT CITY, Sep 20: Farwaniya security patrol officers arrested an Arab expatriate at dawn after a chase and found him in possession of hashish and crystal meth. A security source said a support patrol from the Farwaniya Security Directorate spotted the man standing under a building while patrolling the area. When officers approached him, he fled, prompting a chase that ended with his arrest. A precautionary search reportedly found one bag containing crystal meth and another containing hashish. During initial questioning, the suspect allegedly confessed that he was waiting for a customer to purchase the drugs. The suspect and the seized narcotics were referred to the General Department for Drug Control to complete the necessary legal procedures.
