DOHA, Dec 15: The 2025 Arab Cup in Qatar has become the richest edition in the tournament’s history, with total prize money reaching an unprecedented $36.5 million—an increase of $11 million from the previous edition.

The champion will earn $7.1 million, while the runner-up will receive $4.2 million. The third-place team pockets $2.8 million, and the fourth-place team gets $2.1 million.

Teams eliminated in the group stage take home $715,000, and those advancing to the quarterfinals earn $1.7 million. The massive prize pool positions the Arab Cup among the most lucrative international football tournaments.
