Appointments, transfers in KPC

KUWAIT CITY, March 13: CEO of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Hashem Al-Hashem has issued an administrative circular to declare that the Director of Public Relations Sheikh Faisal Jaber Al-Sabah has been assigned to take charge as the Managing Director of Human Resources, reports Al-Qabas daily.

In another circular, he announced that Ebtihaj Al-Fawzan has been transferred to the position of Deputy Director of Training in KPC, and Ahmad Al-Hamad has been appointed as the Deputy Director of Administrative Affairs in KPC. According to informed sources, deputy CEO of a KPC subsidiary has submitted a request to be referred to retirement due to some special circumstances.

Meanwhile, the government institutions have reservations about tests that have been put in place for appointments of persons in senior positions, reports Al-Qabas daily quoting sources.
