Andalus Commuters Face Detours as Fifth Ring Road Access Closes

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 28: The General Traffic Department has announced the closure of the entrance and exit to the Andalus area on Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Road (Fifth Ring Road), in the direction of Jahra.

The closure will begin on Thursday, August 28, 2025, and will remain in effect until the early hours of Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
