An earthquake measuring 4.6 Richter strikes in southwest of Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 11: The National Seismic Network at the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research recorded an earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale in the Umm Qadir area (southwest of Kuwait) at 5:56 pm
The national network Director Dr. Abdullah Al-Enezi said in a statement that at 5:56 P.M (local time) the quake occurred 11 kilometers deep underground.
Tremors were felt in several areas of Kuwait in Ahmadi, Rumaithiya, Mahboula, Salmiya and other areas
