KUWAIT CITY, Sept 18: Saturday, the Kuwait National Seismological Network (KNSN) at the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research recorded an earthquake measuring 3.1 on the Richter scale in the northeast of Kuwait in the Al-Rawdatain area, reports Al-Rai daily. The earthquake occurred exactly 3:18 am Kuwait time, at a depth of 7 kilometers underground.
