KUWAIT CITY, Apr 23: The Residence Violators Center in Farwaniya has registered 3 Sri lankan expats who wish to leave the country and benefit from the amnesty laid by the government exempted from paying fines and free air ticket.
The number who attended did not exceed 3 violators of both sexes.
