KUWAIT CITY, Dec 31: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Friday exchanged cables of congratulations on the New Year with the sisterly Arab and friendly countries' leaders.
His Highness the Amir wished those leaders everlasting good health, and the world's countries further security, peace, stability and prosperity.(KUNA)
