Amir issues decree appointing Al-Mashaan as new Deputy FM

KUWAIT CITY, April 26 : His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al- Sabah signed a decree Sunday appointing Hamad Sulieman Mashaan Al- Mashaan as Deputy Foreign Minister. The decree stipulated that the Foreign Minister should comply with this decree, which would take effect once published in the official gazette. (KUNA)
