Ambassadors hail Kuwait's stability, send Eid wishes

KUWAIT CITY, May 26: Several ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions in the country expressed their greetings and best wishes to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al- Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha. They affirmed the strong relations between their countries and Kuwait, while commending the level of security, stability and diplomatic and humanitarian standing of the latter.

They pointed out that Eid Al-Adha embodies noble human and religious values that reinforce solidarity, tolerance and coexistence among peoples, wishing Kuwait, its leaders, government and people continuous progress and prosperity. Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Mohamed Abu Al-Wafa extended his sincere congratulations to His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince, His Highness the Prime Minister and the Kuwaiti people. He wished Kuwait more progress and prosperity, while confirming the deep-rooted fraternal and historical relations between the two countries, distinguished by ongoing development and coordination.

Sudanese Ambassador Awadh Al-Karim Al-Rayah Balla extended his warmest congratulations to the Kuwaiti leadership and people, praying that Allah will protect Kuwait and grant it permanent security and stability.He also praised the wisdom of the Kuwaiti leaders and the unity of Kuwaitis.

Tunisian Ambassador Mohamed Boudali congratulated the Kuwaiti leaders and people, emphasizing the deep fraternal relations and shared commitment to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco Ali bin Issa greeted His Highness the Amir and his brother, King Mohammed VI, on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha. He prayed to Almighty Allah that this occasion returns goodness, prosperity and blessings to both countries and their brotherly peoples.

Ambassador of the Russian Federation Vladimir Zheltov expressed his warmest greetings to the Kuwaiti leadersp and people, emphasizing that Eid Al-Adha is a manifestation of the values of goodness and human solidarity. He commended the humanitarian and charitable role played by the State of Kuwait at the regional and international levels.

Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman Dr. Saleh Al-Kharousi congratulated His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince, the government and the Kuwaiti people on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha. He wished more progress and prosperity for Kuwait and the Arab and Islamic nations and prayed that Allah will grant them lasting security and stability.

Ambassador of the State of Palestine Rami Tahboub sent his congratulations to the Kuwaiti leaders and people. He wished Kuwait lasting security, stability and prosperity, emphasizing the deep fraternal ties between the Palestinian and Kuwaiti nations. He expressed appreciation for the supportive stances of Kuwait on the Palestinian cause in various international forums.

Ambassador of the European Union Anne Koistinen conveyed her warmest congratulations to the Kuwaiti leaders and people, affirming that Eid Al-Adha embodies the values of sacrifice, generosity and friendship among nations.

The French Ambassador Olivier Gauvin extended his congratulations to the Kuwaiti leaders and people, stressing full solidarity of his country with Kuwait during these delicate times in the region, and wishing that this blessed occasion will bring peace and tranquility to everyone.

Pakistani Ambassador Zafar Iqbal extended his warmest congratulations to the Kuwaiti leaders, indicating that Kuwaiti- Pakistani relations are considered a model of fraternal ties built on trust, respect and fruitful cooperation. He said his country is keen on supporting Kuwait in its efforts to maintain its sovereignty, security and stability.

Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus Andreas Panayiotou greeted the Kuwaiti leaders, asserting that his country is keen on strengthening the friendship and cooperation with Kuwait in different fields.

Ambassador of Albania Alier Hosa emphasized the depth of the relationship between Kuwait and Albania, while praising the humanitarian and developmental roles that Kuwait plays in supporting Albania through development projects and humanitarian aid.

Ambassador of Peru Carlos Enrique Tomás Martín Jiménez Gil-Fortoul expressed his appreciation to Kuwait and its wise leadership for their responsible and effective management of the recent regional crisis. He lauded the measures taken by the Kuwaiti authorities to maintain national security and the safety of its residents.

Ambassador of Cuba Alan Pérez Torres stressed that relations between Kuwait and Cuba have been based on mutual respect, cooperation and understanding for over five decades. He praised the constructive role of Kuwait in promoting dialogue, peace and humanitarian values.

Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia Arsen Arakelyan wished continuous security, safety and prosperity for Kuwait, indicating that his country is keen on solidifying bilateral relations and expanding cooperation between the two nations.

Ambassador of the Philippines Jose Almodovar Cabrera III extended his warmest congratulations to the Kuwaiti leaders, stressing that Eid Al-Adha is an occasion for reaffirming commitment to the values of peace, compassion, solidarity and brotherhood among peoples.

Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea Ju Myong Chol underscored the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between his country and Kuwait. He confirmed the commitment to expand cooperation in various fields to serve the interests of both friendly nations.

Ukrainian Ambassador Maksym Subkh expressed his appreciation for the noble values embodied by the Kuwaiti people during the Eid Al-Adha celebrations. He said the occasion is an opportunity to strengthen ties between people and promote coexistence and solidarity.

Patriarchal Vicar of the Melkite Greek Catholic Church in Kuwait and the Arabian Gulf Archimandrite Boutros Gharib extended his warmest congratulations to the Kuwaiti leaders and people, praying that Allah will grant Kuwait security, peace and stability, and that Eid Al-Adha will be an occasion to spread mercy and peaceful coexistence.

He also prayed for the well-being of Kuwait, a model of love, coexistence and brotherhood, and for God to grant it lasting security, stability and prosperity. He further extended his greetings to His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah, the government and the people of Kuwait on this blessed occasion.

Palestinian Ambassador Rami Tahboub sent a congratulatory cable to Editor-in-Chief of Al-Seyassah and Arab Times newspapers Ahmed Al-Jarallah, conveying his greetings and those of the Palestinian community residing in Kuwait, imploring Allah Almighty to bring this occasion back to everyone with goodness, prosperity and blessings. The Moroccan ambassador also sent a message to Al-Jarallah, wishing him and the staff good health, and more prosperity and progress for the Kuwaiti and Moroccan peoples under their wise leaders.
