KUWAIT CITY, April 11: Director-General of the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM), Ahmed Al-Mousa, revealed statistics for all violating workers during the crisis, whether domestic or others, or those who entered the country on visit or commercial or tourist visas, reports Al- Anba daily.

He went on to say all the violators will be prosecuted and punished including the business owners if it is found they have violated the laws of this country of humanity.

In a statement to the daily Al- Mousa said most of the violators are those whose company files have been suspended for some or other reasons and legal measures have been taken against them.

He said tough measures will be taken against them because anyone who defiles the name of Kuwait will not be tolerated. On national employment, he indicated the Ministry of Commerce and the Public Authority for Industry and the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) have addressed and clarified that the authority cannot disburse labor support if violations are cited, pointing to communication with everyone and exerting utmost efforts so that employment support is not delayed.
