His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah
KUWAIT CITY, Dec 18: Fahad Al- Muajil, Secretary-General of the Kuwaiti Diwaniyas, affirmed that this anniversary marks a significant milestone in Kuwait’s path toward political stability and developmental progress, reports Al-Seyassah daily. He stressed that the two years of His Highness’s leadership have instilled a sense of reassurance and security, strengthened principles of justice and integrity, and enhanced the role of state institutions in serving citizens. Al-Muajil described His Highness the Amir’s vision as clear, transparent, and hands-on, which has led to genuine reform, and emphasized that the Kuwaiti Diwaniyas unanimously support His Highness’s leadership.
Meanwhile, businessman Rashid Al-Hajri expressed his deep loyalty to His Highness the Amir, highlighting Kuwait’s balanced approach under his guidance, marked by firmness in governance, compassion in dealings, and wisdom in decision-making. Al-Hajri highlighted His Highness the Amir’s prioritization of national unity, the strengthening of ties between leadership and citizens, and his commitment to the nation’s security and stability. He praised efforts to consolidate the rule of law, which have enhanced public performance and developed oversight and service systems.
Meanwhile, the business community lauded the economic direction pursued under His Highness the Amir. Businessman Saad Sartib Al-Shammari praised the economic approach, highlighting that prioritizing financial reform and creating an attractive investment environment are revitalizing the nation’s economic cycle. He noted that recent policy decisions reflect a conscious political will to diversify income sources and streamline bureaucracy.
Al-Shammari emphasized the community’s appreciation for initiatives supporting youth employment and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), describing Kuwait as having a “historic opportunity” to establish a modern economic model. Furthermore, businessman Rashid Al-Hajri highlighted tangible steps taken over the past two years to improve the business environment, streamline government procedures, and implement sustainable economic policies. He pointed to Kuwait’s new direction toward greater openness, citing expanded opportunities in tourism and international visits as evidence of the country’s evolving economic arena. Al-Hajri affirmed that His Highness the Amir’s foreign policy is based on balance, careful management of international relations, and a commitment to dialogue, which has reinforced Kuwait’s standing within the Gulf and the Arab world.
In addition, Ali Al-Alami, former Secretary- General of the Egyptian community, highlighted the positive impact on resident communities, and praised His Highness the Amir’s leadership for embodying Kuwait’s authentic values of hospitality and respect. He emphasized that His Highness has placed “human beings at the heart of his national project,” noting that directives to improve public services and uphold human dignity have strengthened social stability. Al-Alami also highlighted the consolidation of Kuwaiti-Egyptian relations, attributing this progress to His Highness the Amir’s vision for strengthening historical Arab ties.
