All expats on expired visit visa should exit Kuwait by 30th Nov

Temporary residence holders are requested to amend their status

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 9: The Ministry of the Interior stated that all those who entered Kuwait on visit visas( all types of visit visas) and have expired should exit Kuwait before 30 November, so that they would not be held legally accountable, also residence permits holders (of all types) whose residency has ended and who have temporary residency for a period of (three months) until the date of 31/08/2020, where they had obtained extension for temporary residency for another three months from 1/9/2020 until the date of 30/11/2020 have been requested to amend their status to proper residence.

All sponsors and employers are requested to amend the status of their sponsored persons and complete renewing residence through the Ministry of Interior website WWW.MOI.GOV.KW or by visiting the residence affair department.

All on expired visit visas are requested to begin their travel procedures and leave the country before the deadline expires on 30th Nov 2020. All those who stay beyond will be treated as violators of the law and will be deported and they will not be allowed to enter into Kuwait again.
