KUWAIT CITY, Feb 10: The General Traffic Department has announced a complete closure of Alexandria Street in the Kifan area, from the intersection of Suez Street to Jahra Street (80), starting at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
The closure will remain in effect until the completion of maintenance work at 6:00 AM on Saturday, February 14, 2026. Authorities have urged motorists to plan alternative routes during this period and exercise caution in the surrounding areas.
The General Traffic Department apologized for any inconvenience and thanked the public for their cooperation.
