TEHRAN, Nov 27 (KUNA): Kuwaiti athlete Nawaf Al-Shamroukh secured the bronze medal in the Javelin throw competition for the deaf at the ongoing Asia Pacific Athletics Games in Tehran on Sunday.
This achievement marked the first day of the tournament, which is being hosted for the first time in the Iranian capital. The competition features teams from Iran, Kuwait, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Japan, and Malaysia in this inaugural edition of the continental championship.
