KUWAIT CITY, Dec 22: A young man was arrested after a two-vehicle collision in Al- Rai, after authorities discovered he was under the influence of drugs and in possession of approximately 20 small bags of suspected narcotics. The incident unfolded when the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior received a report about the accident. Security personnel who arrived at the scene observed that one of the drivers appeared impaired. A subsequent search led to the discovery of the suspected drugs. The driver was taken into custody, and the seized items were documented. The suspect has been referred with the evidence to the relevant authorities for further legal action.
