Al-Qurain emerge as U-17 3×3 Champions

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 23: The Al-Qurain club’s basketball team claimed victory in the U-17 3×3 basketball tournament by defeating Kuwait’s team with a final score of 17-16. The championship match took place at Al-Nasr Club’s court. In addition to this, the Al- Qadsia club’s team secured the third-place position by triumphing over the Al-Tadamon team with a score of 19-10 in the match held prior to the final to determine the third and fourth positions.

Ten clubs actively participated in this tournament, including Al-Qurain, Kuwait, Al-Qadsia, Al-Tadamon, Al-Nasr, Al-Arabi, Al-Sahel, Al-Jahra, Yarmouk, and Kazma. To conclude the event, Dari Burjas, the federation’s president, together with Awaid Al-Anzi, the assistant secretary-general and head of the 3×3 committee, and federation board members Mishal Mohammed and Fahad Al-Bous, officially crowned the top three teams in this thrilling championship.
