KUWAIT CITY, June 27:  Al-Qurain Team defeated the Late Ahmad Al-Roumi Team by 4-2 in the ongoing Meshari Al-Rawdan Indoor Football Tournament; thereby, qualifying for the third round.

Also, Al-Kablat Team reached the third round as it triumphed over Martyr Fahd Al-Ahmad Team by 15-0.

Today, the football enthusiasts will have a date with suspense as the BMW Team will face Holiday Inn Team while Credit Bank Team will go against McDonald’s Team.

Meanwhile, Pablo, the Spanish trainer of UAE’s Al-Nasr Club, expressed his happiness for reaching the third round adding that the tournament is the strongest in Kuwait.

In the Juniors Category, Green Fort Team defeated Al-Mir for Technical Services Team by 2-0 while the Late Sheikh Khaled Al-Yousuf Team emerged victorious over Golden Boy Team by 2-1.

The Green Fort Team will face the Late Sheikh Khaled Al-Yousuf Team in the semifinals of the sixth edition of Al-Rawdan Indoor Football Tournament for Juniors.  The other match in the semifinal round will be between the winner in the Samir Saed and Prosport Academi teams’ face-off and the winner between Al-Malaki and Abdulqader Al-Hendi teams.

On the other hand, Moaz Esairi from Al-Qeriyan Team and Saleh Haidar from Al-Kablat Team won the best player award on the 21st day of the tournament.
