Al Qadsia defender Bouchar bids farewell ahead of summer departure

KUWAIT CITY, May 20: Soufiane Bouchar has confirmed he will leave Al Qadsia at the end of the current Zain Premier League campaign in late May.

Reports suggest the Algerian defender is close to a return to his homeland, with a move to a domestic club in Algeria expected.

Bouchar joined Al-Qadsia last summer from Al Arabi and went on to help the “Yellows” lift the Super Cup title during his stint.

In a farewell message shared on social media, the defender expressed pride in his experience with the club and the achievements made during his time in Kuwait.

He thanked the club’s management, teammates, and supporters for their backing throughout the season, bringing his spell with Al-Qadsia to a close.
