Al-Qadsia crushes Kazma as Kuwait Club dominates Al-Nasr

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 13: Al-Qadsia continued its strong league form with a 94-64 win over Kazma at the Union Hall, Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Sports Complex, during the 10th round of the basketball league. Meanwhile, Kuwait Club delivered a commanding 138-78 victory over Al-Nasr.

The 11th round kicks off today with Al-Qadsia facing Al-Arabi at 5:00 PM, followed by Al-Qurain taking on Al-Nasr at 7:30 PM.

After the latest results, Kuwait Club remains at the top of the standings with 20 points from 10 wins and no losses. Al-Qadsia holds second place with 18 points, followed by Kazma (17), Al-Qurain (16), Al-Sulaibikhat (15), Al-Nasr (13), Al-Sahel (11), and Al-Arabi (10).

The league features three divisions, with the top four teams advancing to the semifinals, played in a best-of-three playoff format. The race for the remaining semifinal spots is heating up, with Al-Qadsia well-positioned in second place behind already-qualified Kuwait Club, while Al-Qurain, Al-Sulaibikhat, and Kazma battle for the last two positions in a tight contest.
