Al-Nasr thrash Balagha 13-1 – Al-Masoud eliminate Al-Otaibi Group

KUWAIT CITY, June 18: Al-Nasr of Emirates is a step away from reaching the second round in the late Meshari Al-Roudan Indoor Football Tournament after defeating Balagha 13-1 on the 12th day of competition. Kuwait Style also drew 1-1 with Medmar, while Americana beat Dar Al-Muhammadiya by 2-0.

For his part, Italian star Dodo expressed optimism that his team will claim the title in this edition of the competition, indicating they are not ready to quit.

In the junior category, Barem Al-Masoud eliminated Bader Al-Otaibi Group through a penalty shootout, and Barcelona crushed Nojoum Al-Barem 3-1. Also, Al-Malaki and Failaka teams ended their game in penalty. Al-Malaki advanced to the next stage of competition by scoring 3-1 against Failaka.
