KUWAIT CITY, Nov 5: Assistant coach of Kuwait’s national youth handball team, Saleh Al-Mousawi, commended the hard work and commitment of the team during ongoing training sessions at the Handball Federation Hall in the Martyr Fahad Al-Ahmad Center, Adaiya.

Al-Mousawi said the training aligns with the federation’s vision and the national teams’ preparation plan for future competitions, involving all players born in 2012 under Coach Tim Boudy.

The coaching staff focuses on enhancing players’ individual skills, tactical awareness, shooting accuracy, balance, passing, fast defensive coverage, and specialized goalkeeper drills.

He praised the players’ discipline and punctuality, noting that their awareness from a young age allows the team to intensify training and achieve the highest levels of technical, physical, and mental readiness.

Al-Mousawi also thanked the Handball Federation board, coaching staff, and national team management for supporting the youth team, removing obstacles, and preparing the players effectively, emphasizing that these young athletes are the future backbone of Kuwait’s national handball teams.
