KUWAIT CITY, Oct 23: The Al-Skab Club Show Jumping Championship gets underway at 8:00 AM at the Al-Messilah Equestrian Club arena in Subhan, featuring riders from local clubs across beginner, intermediate, and advanced categories, with jumps ranging from 60 to 130 cm.

Badr Tariq Al-Milaim, President of Al-Messilah Equestrian Club, highlighted that the competition promises to be intense, with riders battling for top positions at every level. He praised the remarkable progress of Kuwaiti equestrian sports in recent years and noted the success of Kuwaiti riders in showcasing the nation’s talent on both domestic and international stages, including competitions in Arab and European countries.

Al-Milaim emphasized the club’s commitment to developing riders’ skills by bringing in experienced coaches from both Arab and European countries, while placing a strong focus on young riders in beginner categories to cultivate a new generation of competitive equestrians.

Similarly, Mohamed Tariq Al-Milaim, President of Al-Sakab Club, expressed his excitement over the emergence of new male and female riders who have shown determination and competitive spirit in the beginner events. He added that these young athletes are set to play a key role in the future of Kuwaiti equestrian sports, reinforcing the country’s status as a hub for top equestrian talent.
