Marshoud Al-Marshoud and Saud Al-Marshoud held discussions.

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 5: Saud Al-Marshoud, a member of the Supreme Organizing Committee for the “Atayab Al-Marshoud” International Show Jumping Championship, announced that the total prizes for the top winners have been increased to over KD 50,000 for the three-star category. The committee has also expanded sponsorship and welcomed participation from riders representing Kuwait, other Arab countries, the Gulf region, and international nations.

Al-Marshoud confirmed that all preparations are complete for the 12th edition of the championship, which will begin on January 8 at the Kuwait Equestrian Center, with just four days remaining until the opening ceremony.

Leading the list of past champions is Ali Al-Kharafi of the Kuwait Equestrian Club, who has won the title four times: 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2024. Two-time champion Rakan Al-Hasawi follows, while Abdulrahman Al-Fuzae, Abdullah Al-Awadhi, Nora Al-Qaoud, and Anaz Al-Anaz have each claimed the title once.
