KUWAIT CITY, May 4: Dean of Kuwaiti Journalism and Editor-in- Chief of Al-Seyassah and Arab Times Ahmed Al-Jarallah had a meeting with Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Kuwait Vladimir Zheltov and Diplomatic Attaché Alexander Andreev at his office on Monday, reports Al- Seyassah daily. Al-Jarallah warmly welcomed the visiting ambassador and his companion, while highlighting the strong relations between Kuwait and Russia. The discussions underscored the necessity of fortifying media collaboration and the mutual exchange of professional insights. Al-Jarallah pointed out that such partnerships are vital for adapting to the dynamic shifts within the media industry, reiterating the commitment of Al-Seyassah and Arab Times newspapers to advance international networks and maintain media transparency.

Meanwhile, Ambassador Zheltov expressed his appreciation for the meeting. He lauded the role of the Kuwaiti press in promoting cultural and media dialogue between Kuwait and Moscow. He reaffirmed the commitment of his country to strengthen its ties with local media entities, and expressed optimism regarding the development of productive partnerships through reciprocal visits and expertise sharing, aimed at deepening mutual understanding. Managing Editor of the Arab Times Marlon Aquino Malinao attended the meeting.
