Editor-in-Chief of Al-Seyassah and Arab Times newspapers Ahmed Al-Jarallah receives the Bangladeshi Ambassador to Kuwait Major General Sayed Tareq Hussain in his office.
KUWAIT CITY, Feb 4: Dean of Kuwaiti Journalism and Editor-in-Chief of Al-Seyassah and Arab Times newspapers Ahmed Al-Jarallah on Wednesday met with Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to the State of Kuwait Major General Sayed Tareq Hussain, who was accompanied by Political Counsellor and Head of Chancery at the Embassy of Bangladesh Mohammad Moniruzzaman.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in the media field, the role of the press in supporting bilateral relations, and the exchange of media expertise. This exchange depicts an accurate picture of shared issues, while strengthening bridges of communication and understanding between the two nations.

Arab Times Managing Editor Marlon Aquino Malinao also attended the meeting.
Al-Jarallah praised the Bangladeshi Embassy’s role in supporting media cooperation and its commitment to maintain communication with Kuwaiti media institutions.
He stressed that “professional and responsible journalism is an effective tool in raising awareness, promoting dialogue, and highlighting positive efforts that serve the mutual interests of friendly nations.”
Meanwhile, Ambassador Hussain expressed his gratitude to the Editor-in-Chief for the warm welcome, praising the professional role of Kuwaiti media and its credibility and influential presence. He affirmed his embassy’s commitment to support media cooperation and solidify the partnership with the Kuwaiti press in a way that serves the friendly relations between Bangladesh and Kuwait.
