Dean of Kuwaiti Journalism Ahmed Al-Jarallah meets Tanzanian Ambassador Saidi Hussein Massoro at Dar Al-Seyassah, discussing media and cultural cooperation

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 3: The Dean of Kuwaiti Journalism and Editor-in-Chief of Al-Seyassah and Arab Times newspapers Ahmed Al-Jarallah met with His Excellency the Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania to Kuwait Saidi Hussein Massoro at his office in Dar Al- Seyassah on Tuesday. Massoro was accompanied by Councilor Ibrahim Is haka Juma and Public Relations Officer at the Embassy Maysaa Fahd Al- Jeghami.

Colleague Mohammed Al- Farhan was also present at the meeting. The discussions focused on strengthening cooperation between the two nations in the media and cultural spheres. The goal is to strengthen ties by increasing knowledge exchange through the respective countries’ media outlets. Massoro commended the Kuwaiti press for its prominent position in the region. He affirmed the commitment of his country to expand the media and cultural collaboration to solidify the bonds of friendship between the Tanzanian and Kuwaiti nations.

He also congratulated Al-Jarallah on his safe return following medical treatment, extending wishes for continuous good health and well-being. Al-Jarallah welcomed the Ambassador, reiterating the Kuwaiti press’ dedication to global dialogue and openness to diverse cultures, especially with media institutions in friendly African countries. He emphasized the need to adapt to the rapid pace of developments in the media and journalism, particularly in light of the digital revolution and modern communication technologies.
