KUWAIT CITY, Sept 13: The Kuwait Equestrian Center has appointed Coach Ghassan Al-Hussein to its technical staff to help prepare riders for the upcoming season. He arrived in Kuwait last Wednesday and officially began his duties on Saturday.
Widely recognized in Swedish media as a “skilled horse trainer”, Al-Hussein is a Swedish national of Syrian origin. His equestrian journey began at the age of 13, and he went on to compete and achieve success in elite show jumping events across Europe, clearing heights of up to 145 cm.
His career has also taken him to Dubai, Erbil, and China, where he has worked with riders of all levels, including some of the most challenging horses.
Now in Kuwait, Al-Hussein brings his international experience, competitive background, and dedication to inspire and guide the center’s riders toward future success.
