DOHA, Dec 12: Kuwaiti rider Abdulaziz Al-Basheer won first and second place in the sixth and final round of the 2021 Qatar Off-Road Championship. Al-Basheer and his Australian partner achieved first place in the T3 category using a Can- Am Maverick X3, after going a distance of 220 kilometers in 3.29.57 hours. In a statement to KUNA on Sunday, Al-Basheer was happy about this victory after a tough competition with the contestants from Qatar, the UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia, Britain, Belgium, Russia, South Africa and Portugal.

He underlined the importance of participating in these international and regional tournaments to gain new experiences, compete with the best competitors, as well as make every effort to achieve victory. The sixth round of the race, which was organized by the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation, lasted for two days in Al-Jemailiya region, witnessed the participation of the most prominent drivers and riders representing 10 countries.
