KUWAIT CITY, Oct 18: Kuwaiti international referee Ashwaq Al-Attar will oversee the second Asian Masters Weightlifting Championships in Islamabad, Pakistan, from October 20 to 25.

The competition will feature a distinguished lineup of male and female weightlifters from across Asia.

Al-Attar’s selection highlights the growing recognition of Kuwaiti refereeing expertise at the continental level and reflects the experience she has accumulated through officiating at numerous international competitions.

Her latest appointment follows her refereeing at the World Masters Weightlifting Championships in Athens, Greece, last September.

Al-Attar is looking to build on her international experience and continue representing Kuwaiti refereeing at major continental and global events.
